What is Once Upon An Event?

We provide creative spaces for experiences, private gatherings, and productions.

Does Once Upon An Event operate as a restaurant?

No, we are not a restaurant. We collaborate with culinary talent/caterers that bring in food orders.

What is the highest guest count your spaces permit?

- 12 guests

Am I allowed to bring a DJ for my event?

No DJs are allowed. We have staff on site to make sure noise levels aren’t a disturbance. We have an Alexa speaker available you can use.

How do I tour a space?

Tours are by appointment ONLY. No “pop-ups” are allowed. You can schedule a tour by texting 440-252-3607 or filling out a submission form under the experience you are interested in.

Are there any rules for production bookings?

Yes, see on the space page that you are interested in.

Are there any restrictions when it comes to catering?
  • No gas equipment
  • No fryers
  • No Air fryers
  • No open flames
  • Sterno's/Chafing Fuel are allowed
  • No food can be cooked at our location. All food must be cooked before arriving

Are alcoholic beverages provided?

Alcohol is not provided, but guests are welcome to bring their own.

How do I get access to the space?

Our staff will meet you at the door, open the door to the building and escort you to your space.

Is there a speaker accessible for a playlist or general background music?

Yes, we have an Alexa speaker available you can use.

Am I allowed to bring a DJ?

Due to the size of this space No, we have an Alexa speaker you can use.

What’s included in the space?

Red flower wall, Rose petals, Floating candles, Neon Sign.

Are you a restaurant?

No, we are not a restaurant. The caters prepare the food prior to your booking and serve the food hot.

What’s the maximum capacity for Suite 130?

Ultimate Date Night 2 Guest and Ultimate Proposal up to 12 guests

What’s the price without the Chef for Ultimate Date Night? And can I bring my own?

$125.00 per hour and yes you can bring in your own Chef, food has to be made prior to arrival. You also have the option to BYO (Bring Your Own) food, we'll handle the plate your order and serve you ensuring a seamless and customized experience.

What’s the current price without catering and professional decor? And can I bring in my own vendors?

$300 per hour and yes you can bring in your own vendors.

Am I allowed to bring a DJ?

Due to the size of this space No, we have an Alexa speaker you can use.

What’s the maximum capacity?

10 Max.

Is cleaning and decorating time included?

Yes, we give 3 hours with set up time. Our host team cleans up when you’re done. We do ask that you and your guest leave at the end time of your gathering so we can clean and prepare for the next group.

Are non-alcoholic beverages included?

We provide water, you’ll have to provide juice and soda.
