A few things to know, there is a parking garage attached to the building, but it can only be entered from E. 6th St. which is the first street behind the building. There is also a parking garage under the Galleria that can be entered from Lakeside Ave. You can enter our building from the front entrance on E. 9th St., or through the attached garage on the first floor. There is also an entrance facing St. Clair next to the Westin Hotel.
BOOKINGS BEFORE 5:30pm
If your time is before 5:30pm the security at the front desk will let you and guest up to the 12th floor. Your Host will meet you in waiting area and take you to your destination on the 12th floor.
BOOKINGS AFTER 5:30
There will be a warm welcome with our host at the door of the building to let you and guests inside if you’re booking after 5:30pm. Host will bring you to sign in at security desk and we will proceed to the elevators to the 12th floor. Host will walk you to the destination.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Text the number 440-252-3607 if you need to leave the building and come back inside. The limit for Suite 1210 is 12 people.
This is an exclusive location and requires for you to have the same group of people the entire booking. Outside food is allowed in space and also Wine & Beer is allowed.
